Il s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui souhaitent prendre soin de leur corps et de leur esprit,&nbsp;<strong>quel que soit l\u2019\u00e2ge, la condition physique ou la mobilit\u00e9<\/strong>, y compris aux personnes se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant en&nbsp;<strong>fauteuil roulant (acc\u00e8s PMR).<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pratiqu\u00e9 assis sur une chaise (et parfois debout avec le soutien de celle-ci), ce yoga permet de&nbsp;<strong>bouger en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, d\u2019assouplir le corps en douceur, de renforcer la musculature profonde et de retrouver une respiration plus ample et consciente.
